Our Beginnings
Art Maker was founded in 2023 by Natalia Romaniuk, who brought her Ukrainian artistic roots, heritage and passion for creative expression to create a unique team of artists and designers. What began as intimate B2C workshops quickly evolved as Natalia recognized the transformative potential of artistic experiences in corporate environments.
While we still cherish our individual workshops, our focus has increasingly shifted toward specialized team-building events and floral decorations for companies and corporate events. This evolution has allowed us to refine our approach, creating customized experiences that serve both artistic and organizational objectives.
Our journey began with a simple belief: that artistic expression can transform not just spaces, but also the way people connect with each other and with their work environment. This founding principle continues to guide everything we do, from our workshop ideas to floral installations.

Founder & Creative Director
Born in Ukraine, Natalia founded Art Maker in 2023, combining her artistic education with Ukrainian roots and traditions. She transformed the company from B2C workshops into a dynamic business offering team-building workshops and decorative projects aimed at inspiring creativity and fostering intercultural unity.
Emilia Szatyłowicz
German Market Director
Emilia is a Polish applied arts artist with years of experience in conducting and sharing art among diverse teams and groups. She brings a rich blend of cultural perspectives to her work. Through carefully designed workshops, she opens minds to traditions and cultural heritage of different countries, fostering appreciation and understanding through artistic expression.

Operations Director
Fluent in five languages, Maciej ensures every Art Maker experience runs seamlessly from consultation to execution. His background in hospitality management, meticulous attention to detail and warm approach have built lasting relationships with our corporate clients across Europe.
